Domestic Shipping (USA)
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping delivers within 5–7 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import regulations for food products before ordering.
Packaging
All spices are packed in heavy-duty, food-safe resealable bags that preserve freshness in transit. Larger bulk orders are packed in sealed food-grade containers. All packaging is labelled with the product name, weight, and packing date. We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible.
Returns Policy
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened items returned due to change of mind must be returned within 7 days — return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
