Our Philosophy
We believe that the best cooking starts with the best ingredients — and that includes the spices you use every day. Most ground pepper sitting in supermarket tins has been ground months or years before you buy it, stored in conditions that degrade its essential oils, and sold with little transparency about its origin.
We do things differently. We source whole peppercorns from reputable growers in India, Vietnam, Indonesia, and China. We stock them whole, so the essential oils are intact until you grind them. And we sell them in quantities that make sense for serious home cooks and small food businesses.
